Question about Superbcert Delivery

For everyone who has purchased a loose diamond from Superbcert and had the money wired to them, how long did it take for them to deliver the diamond?
I am asking because I purchased a loose stone from them last Thursday and had the money wired to them on Friday. I called and emailed Thursday, Friday and Saturday but never got a response. On Monday, Barry emailed me to let me know that he has been out of town but he will get back with me. Since then my boyfriend and I have continued to call and email each day. We finally got a hold of someone today only to let us know it is still processing. Am I being overyly worried? Please let me know of your experiences.
We were offerred a full refund of the diamond if we were concerned about the purchase. I do not want a refund, I just want to hear from someone to let me know what''s taking so long. Thanks in advance for your inputs.

I''m not sure why there''s been such a delay except that perhaps Barry and Judah had some type of emergency. My fiance had a terrific experience with them and they were very prompt about sending the stone to our appraiser for his review and my fiance did not wire the money until he reviewed the stone (along with a stone from another vendor) and made his decision to go with the Superbcert stone.

I''m sure they will follow through ASAP but I understand your worry so I would definitely stay on their case and call again tomorrow to check up on the situation.

Gosh Bashful, I can understand how worried you might be feeling. Wiring money into the great unknown. However don''t worry!!! Superbcert and Barry and Judah have stellar reputations and I have dealt with them once and been very satisfied with their honesty and business practices. It is worrying to not be able to reach anyone but I believe that this will get sorted out. Hang in there! Lt us know how it all goes...

You don''t have to worry about those guys. They probably just got backlogged. Happens once in a while.
