Yes, but only to within + - .2 degrees and 5% for minor facet lengths because of innaccuracies in Sarin measurements.
The launch is a few months of at earieslt I expect as the planning software is not complete and not ready for use in scanners (see my recent post about lasers)
It is also why Rhino should start again - there was more accurate data in another published article on the stones he used as examples and the results he would have had are very different if he used the right proportions.
Also he has never had access to these stones to put them on the Brilliancescope, so it is drawing a long bow to make conclusions about how these stones would perfom.
