Question about GIA certs....

If a diamond has a GIA certification, is the GIA certification number ALWAYS inscribed on the diamond, or can there be instances that the certification number is not inscribed?

Depends on the Cutter or Broker that submitted the stone for Grading. Like Julie said, some do, some don''t.
