Question about changing setting

I''ve had it for a year, getting married in October, but I''m thinking that I want something that sits a little higher. My diamond is 1.05, with 4 prongs, which I love.

So my question... can I keep the same band and just replace with a different head/prong type? Or would I need to buy an entirely new ering band? Secondly, any suggestions for settings? I don''t want anything as high as cathederal, is there a middle ground??

I wonder if you could change out the head on that setting, it looks like you might be able to. I would ask them!
