hi everyone!

i don't know if you all remember me, but i had recently purchased an I colored stone from WF, received it, and decided that i was too color sensitive for the 'I'. i'm now in search of a stone with the same parameters but higher color. wf told me they located a new stone for me, but they are waiting for confirmation that the stone is still available from the manufacturer. i understand that databases are not updated real-time, but this is what confused me...

i had searched on different websites and found the same stone a few days before wf saw it in their database. however, the day it popped up in wf's database, it became unavailable on all other vendor sites..any idea why this may have happened? i assume that bluenile, angara, wf...etc all have access to the same stones, so what could have happened??

i'm really hoping to find a new stone soon (i think my leon quote expired

), so i hope this one still exists!!!

btw- wf is absolutely GREAT to work with. they are so helpful and responsive...couldn't ask for better customer service!

Yes, the stone belongs to a broker which is listed on a virtual database that diamond vendors have access to and can sell. This helps vendors keep their cashflow liquid and not have their money tied up with in-house stones.

It sounds like maybe someone else bought it?

Hopefully this isn''t the case, but it may have sold being a virtual stone, see if WF can relocate it for you.
