Question about 10-Diamond 1.5 tcw band on LoupeTroop

Perhaps this thread belongs in Preloved forum, but I didn't want to get flagged for putting it in the wrong place.

Trying to find a blingy wedding band. I'm a size 8.25-8.5. Do we think this band can be resized for me safely?

I'm thinking it's around a size 6.

Also, is this seller a PSer? Does this ring look familiar? I searched through Pre-loved forum and couldn't find it, and I"d feel more comfortable buying from a seasoned Pricescoper
