Quality emerald melee

Does anyone sell high quality emerald cut melee''s? E/F color and VS2 and up? How small do they get? Can you get them about 2.5mm wide?

Emerald cut diamond melees?

Most diamond vendors do not sell melees because it just isn''t cost effective. WF does not even sell their melees seperately anymore. I would suggest Wink and maybe GOG. I''m not sure who else sells melees. Your best bet is to let the jeweller who is going to design/set your ring source the melees for you.

Imagine pear melee, asscher melee, trillion melee....mmmhhhhmmmmmm

I dont think the average consumer will understand that fancy shaped melee could run as min. of twice or even 4x (or plus) as much ($$$) as its round counterpart!!!

So if for example a client wants to purchase 40 melee round Diamonds for a mounting and will be charged approx. $100 per stone for a total of $4,000....
The same case for (let say) Asscher Cut melee could run (on the safe side) $200 per stone totaling $8,000 for the mounting!!!

Now, go explain this to a consumer who was educated that rounds are costlier than fancy shaped Diamonds in the (single) larger sizes!!
