Q''s about selling on Pearlman''s

I''m considering having a few smaller diamond items sold on Pearlman''s. I read from previous threads that there should be some kind of consigment agreement/ contract. What is this agreement? Is it a standard one and do I ask them to send it to me?

For those who have sold on Pearlman''s, could you share with me yr experience? Is there anything I should be aware of?
