Men. Women seem to take a while to warm up to me. Not really sure why, but that''s just how it seems to go for me.

Me too.

Jo-must be because we''re lookers

Men, in my experiences, women can be pretty hard on other women in the professional world.
This too.

Men, 100%.

Women don''t like me. Apparently most of the women in my life who are friends or superiors, when they first met me, actually found me extremely intimidating/''bit#$y''.

However, upon first impression, most of my male superiors found me very strong willed and self confident.

My two female co-workers, whom are now my friends, said that when they first met me, I was intimidating as well !

Men!!! Women are way more catty, plus it''s easier (in my opinion) for a woman to "impress" a man with her feminine wiles (sp).

Honestly, just nice non-judgemental, critical people. Men or women.

Men. Although I have had interviews with boards of women before and they''ve gone great also.
Ditto - I''ve had a tougher time with women boards but still got the jobs, so I can''t complain

When I was younger, I would have said men. For some reason, I feel that men are easier to impress?

No, really, perhaps I was just more confident of mans'' ability to make a professional judgement. Oh, gee, that sounds worse...

I guess I thought that men were more relaxed with authority, and so would not have the need to judge harshly, or unfairly...

Now that I''m older, and not so scared of other women

, more confident in the abilities of women

and can see the fallabilities of older men

I wouldn''t mind male or female panel. As long as they are reasonable and professional.
