From my husband and my recent experience with Cormier Jewelers in Southbridge, MA I have to say that they definitely are not your everyday B&M store! Shawn and John Cormier are professionals who truley care about their customers. My husband and I recently upgraded our engagement ring to a 1.01 F VS2 GIA princess cut beauty and what a sparkler it is!!! Shawn Cormier called in stones according to our preferred specs and his recommendations. We found an amazing princess cut stone!!! He made the process informative (restating much of what the experts recommend on this site) and enjoyable. The setting came out beautiful. I will post pics as soon as I can figure out how to post pictures up close without it coming out blurry. Just wanted to have a good shout out for a family owned business that you can rely on!!! I will post pictures of soon!

Thanks for sharing your excellent experience! I''m always happy to hear about great B & M customer service. My family owned two B & M''s in Massachusetts during the 60''s, 70''s and 80''s. That''s all there was at the time....Brick and Mortars! I can''t imagine life without the internet
