Hello, all!

I have 5 princess-cut stones channel set on each side of my engagement ring that are approx. .15 ct each for a total of 1.5 ct. I''d like to have the ring re-set with 2 rows of invisible set stones, but I''ll need 2 additional stones of the same size.

Does anyone know of a reputable online site that sells loose diamonds this small? I tried to do a search on the pricescope home page, but it won''t search for diamonds that small.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Well, you would want all of diamonds to look very similar so that might be something you want to do in person. Or at least have the vendor able to see your setting. Matching up sidestones can be tricky. I don''t know of anyone who sells diamonds of that size loose. You could try Whiteflash or Good Old Gold. Maybe they would want to have the setting in front of them to match diamonds up.

Hi Pricipessa, probably the best way to get those stones is to ask your jeweler to locate them, they not only should be exact size, but comparable color and clarity to the rest of side stones, trade networks are designed to help with such tasks.

If i may, i think your existing ring looking very good on your delicate hands.

Thanks for the advice. We need to find a new jeweler. The person that my fiance went to to have this ring made has moved out of state and left the jewelry business. He gave us some recs, so we''ll have to check them out.

Thanks again....especially for the pic!

Welcome

, one more thing - when ordering make it 3 or 4 instead of 2 just in case some may be damaged in the re-setting process, it''s a princess cut you know.

Please come back with your new pictures

I agree 100% Very beautiful as is.

I also tend to think of "invisible set" stones as something that goes in & out of fashion. Something to consider ... Another option would be to purchase larger side stones, for a classic three stone look, and use your smaller princess sides stones in another project down the line.
