After 54 years on broadcast TV, 'It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown' moves to Apple TV+

"It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" first aired on CBS in 1966 and eventually moved to ABC. But this year it will air on Apple TV+.

Yeah, it made me a little sad too. I don’t watch much network tv now but it was comforting to see all the Peanuts holiday specials and the commercials leading up to them for all these years. Soon they’ll all be behind a paywall.

I am glad to see though that brand new Peanuts shows and movies are being made.

They have a 7 day free trial im taking up to watch a Bruce Springsteen thing

We have all the Peanuts holiday specials on DVD! Bought from Costco years ago and we watch them every holiday. It’s been money well spent!

apple + is letting non-members stream for free Oct. 30-Nov.1

My DH is insisting that we need another tv. Since I won’t buy a smart tv we need another Apple TV device. So I looked for it on the Apple website. The newer 4K device comes with a year’s subscription of Apple TV +. So that’s cool.
