Hi Everyone!
This website was brought to my attention today, and I just wanted to pass it along to you because it is SCARY.
If you type your name into the search engine a bunch of information will come up about you, including your address, age, profession, how much your house is worth, what your interests are, and sometimes even a picture of YOU and your HOUSE.
Some of the information is wrong too. I couldn''t find any information on my married name, but when I put it my maiden name it said that I had two kids (not true) and that I''m not interested in politics (lol) but that I love retail shopping. For DH it said that our house was worth 600k (not even close) and that we live in a "below average" neighborhood (not sure how that works out, but okay).
Anyway, we were lucky that most of the information about us is wrong, but I''m passing along this site just in case you are listed and there is a picture of you or your house online. I can see this being especially scary for those that have kids. You can remove yourself using the privacy button at the bottom right of the screen.
