Sounds like the deaths of children may be limited to Gambia, but the article ends with maybe not, time will tell.
If I had a kid I'd be checking the bottle in the medicine cab to see where it's made and the ingredients, then do a bit of research.
If I didn't feel 101% confident about its safety and it not being made by one of these 4 Indian companies, I'd throw it away.
Some of the Rxs I take are made in Italy, Germany, India, Switzerland, etc.
Not to blackball India, I'm just saying you may be surprised by the international origin of stuff we take.
