Today I have an interview for a Managing Editor position with a subsidiary of one of the biggest, most well known media/publishing company in the world. They have a satelite office here in RI, so not only would it mean a fabulous job with a fabulous company, but I wouldn''t have to commute an hour+ to Boston every day. So please send me some Fairy dust and cross your fingers that the salary is more than what I''m making now...

Well ladies, I have no idea how it went. I think it went okay, but I can never tell. They asked if I had references with me and I said no (it was the first interview) so he said to send them in. But he also said they still had a few candidates to interview so it was really noncommital. But they wouldn''t have asked me to send in references if they weren''t serious about me as a candidate, right? Of course I''m home today and my references are saved on my work computer so I have to wait to send them in on Monday with my thank you notes. I hate waiting that long though. Not sure what I should do about listing my current manager....
