Prosumer Please Help!! Options welcomed for a 1 ct round

Hello fellow PSer,

This stone come highly recommended but I am no expert so I am looking for a second option from a prosumer.
Unfortunately, I don't have images to share, my jeweler will bring in the stone after I commit. I am assured it is eye clean. HCA score is 1; Excellent light return, fire and scintillation and very good spread.

Is there anything else I can determine from the specifications?
So before I give the go ahead, what do you think?

My criteria was for a 1 ct round, G-H color, eye clean stone.

It's AGS Ideal cut, and while that alone is not 100% assurance that it is the stone to buy, it is one of the safest options. So I think you should have them bring it in, as long as the price is within reason.

One of my hesitations is that the grading report is not a Platinum Diamond Quality Document, so no ASET image.
I am not sure why they when with the basic Diamond Quality Document option. Perhaps the ASET image isn't good?

It's AGS Ideal cut, and while that alone is not 100% assurance that it is the stone to buy, it is one of the safest options. So I think you should have them bring it in, as long as the price is within reason.

Okay, I don't care so much about the computer generated ASET image. A real ASET image is preferable. But I will tell you that it looks like that stone has significant feathers (which are cracks) and while it probably does not pose durability issues, it probably would be eliminated if I were considering it. I don't like primary feather inclusions in SI stones, but that is just my personal preference.
