I looked at a bazillion rings and finally settled on this one because I think she wants something traditional but not boring, and something sophisticated without being too flashy. I never could find a real picture of this ring other than Ritani's stock photo, so I thought I'd post my pics here in case anyone else is googling this ring and considering it.
She wanted it to be a surprise, so I wasn't able to get her opinion on it before buying it. I ended up ordering online from Ritani sight unseen, but I am really happy with how it looks. It's a .8 carat. My only concern is that it does seem to sit up a little bit high, but maybe that is normal. I'm also 90% sure I got the size wrong, but Ritani does do one free resizing. (It is hard to get exact ring size measurements while someone is sleeping without waking them.)
So, what do you think? Sorry the pics are not great... I haven't been able to show anyone except my family, and of course they're going to say they like it because they're my family. Just wanted to get some unbiased opinions. I know the only thing that matters is if SHE likes it, but I am still curious.
