Proposing in 2 weeks need help!

I'm planning proposing to my girlfriend of a year and a half on Thanksgiving weekend. We are currently in a long distant relationship. I'm in Louisiana and she's in Texas. I haven't asked her parents yet, but I am planning on it. You see, I was able to arrange for her and her family to come to LA for Thanksgiving for a football game (State Farm Bayou Classic) in the LA Superdome in New Orleans. I've already purchased the ring, but she thinks I'm still in the window shopping process. So tell me what you think! Shortly after she arrives, a mutal friend of ours is going to take her to the mall to allow me time to ask her parents, but I'm not going to let them know its going down this weekend. She knows she getting a gift but shes thinking something totally different. So while were at dinner, I've incorporated my brother in on it, he goes out to the car to get her gift; its an outfit she been wanting (she opens it at the table in front of everyone.) and right before everyone is ready to leave when shes standing up I get down and pop the question? I also have a charm bracelet she been wanting with a heart charm with a minature diamond ring attached with: I said "yes" (date) engraved on the heart. I also have a cruise to Cozumel, Mexico arranged. All responses are greatly appreciated!
