proportions of my cushion? could this be right?

Hi -

My new cushion diamond is being set as we speak. I was just looking over the GIA cert. My stone is 3.02 and the dimensions are 10.29 x 8.21 x 4.89. The depth is 59.6. I know it's not so deep and that will make the stone seem larger, but can those dimensions be right? 2 stones I saw listed were similar in l/w dimenions to mine, but with a much larger carat weight. THe first one is 3.78 carats with dimensions of 10.41 x 8.23 x 5.3 with the depth being 64.4 and the second was 3.40 carats with dimensions of 10.02 x 8.16 x 5.49 with a depth of 67.3.

I will be thrilled if my stone will face up larger more like one of those stones -, but i am a little nervous since i didn't get the stone independently appraised to verify the certificate.

Extra depth does mean a lot of extra weight within the girdle''s perimeter. The diamond may be a nice one, but it may have some brilliancy deficiency at that relatively shallow depth. One can''t be sure.
