Prong is bent

I''ve discovered that one of my prongs is bent on my fairly new Jack Kelege ring...I can actually hear the diamond rattling. Question is do I trust the bench jeweler to fix it or do I have them send it back to Jack Kelege for the repair?

send back unless the bench jeweler is authorize to fix that brand else you could void any warrantee on the ring.

I would send it back to JK or the authorized deaker/representative only. I would not want to risk the warranty on the setting.

Contact the vendor where you purchased it from in the first instance in case work from an outside party voids any warranty or guarantee.
