This man is in my head!

(This thread was brought to you by my Instant Gratification Monkey  lol)

Lol. Procrastinators are one of my pet peeves. That would be my DH and DD2. DD1 and I are not procrastinators.

I never used to procrastinate.

In fact, I’d be the one to take on unpleasant tasks as soon as I could in order to get them over with. That is/was my philosophy. Do the hardest and most unpleasant task first and then enjoy more pleasant activities/chores etc and reap the fruits of one’s labor.

These days however it’s more of a mix for me. Sometimes I do procrastinate. ::)

He was good. I'm definitely deadline driven but I now accept that I need to build into a state of metal frenzy (and eat every biscuit in the house) before I can sit and write. The lifetime calendar was pretty scary though!

Me too. I forgot there was a video attached to @OoohShiny 's post. Does that count as procrastination or just short memory? :P2
to many possible mean comments i will think about it next week

Am I the only one that watched the video? Lol.

I'm glad I'm not the only one suffering with this, lol.

I hate that I end up getting either nothing done or lots done but not very well due to lack of time! :(

That was great. Thanks for sharing.

I think it's worse than usual for me this year. I do the things I have to do, but the list of special tasks I made for this year has hardly been touched. I entertain myself on the computer, and I procrastinate on those good tasks because I they just seem like a lot of work, lol.

(I haven't watched the video yet, either.)

Oh, I’m terrible. Especially when it comes to housework (which I loathe). Friday is my cleaning day. I always have plans to start early, get it done, and invariably it’s lunchtime and I’ve only dusted two rooms. Friday rolls in Saturday and I’ve dusted and done the bathrooms. Oops, visitors expected. Frantic activity and I’m done, otherwise it’s Sunday afternoon before the vacuuming is finished.
And I am so happy since lockdown and DD starting Uni. No more school uniforms to iron and only 1 shirt a week for DH. So Sunday night ironing is like 5 minutes!

That's how I did my thesis.... :lol::lol::lol::lol:

My mother used to say to me when I was a child your procrastination is killing me!!!!

Why do today what you can put off till Tomorrow?
