Since I did not want to thread jack Phoenix''s topic ( I am sorry you are going through this illness)
I wanted to ask Ellen if she knows if this cream, Pro- Gest is available in Stores or just on line?

I was thinking it might be available in a health store.

It sounds like something I need

Thanks

I found it at one of the non-chain health food stores. I didn''t see it at Whole Foods. I''ll bet you can get it on line, too.

Thanks Lumpkin, I love your ring btw... do you have any finger pics on line?

I want to get it at a local store to try it out.

How has it been working for you ?

I''m waiting for my next period to try it again. It worked great when I was TTC with my youngest. The other thing that works great, but that I often don''t make time for, is raspberry leaf tea. I can even get that at my local regular store. The brand is Traditional Medicinals.

Thanks for the compliment on my ring. I need to take some more pictures now that it''s really cold outside and my fingers are skinny! Here''s a link with a few hand shots:

Is this a Progesterone cream?

You might try a compounding pharmacy. They can either get it for you or make it.
And I have found they are full of information. I just picked up my HRT (hormone therapy)
pills today and they are so nice. They have always answered all my questions.
It might be worth your time, but dunno!

Good luck.

I hate to be a wet blanket but you should know that progesterone creams may be tied to breast cancer. There are studies going both ways at the moment but most major health groups suggest not using them until there are clearer answers.
If you are ging to use it, do use something like pro gest that has been approved in europe. The FDA does not regulate creams so you don''t know how pure, natural or effective they are. In the EU vitamins, herbal suppliments and health creams have to be approved before they can go on the market so it is much safer to ise what has been approved in Europe.

Hi crystal, I just now saw this. Like lumpkin, I got mine from a private health food store. So I''d call around first and see if anyone''s got it. I''d say chances are pretty good someone would have it, it''s one of the most used.
