Princess Studs to Match Engagement Ring?

Does anyone have any advice on what size princess diamond stud earrings would match a one carat princess engagement ring? I was thinking either .5 or .75 ct. t.w. would work well.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

I never think of studs as "matching" the size of an e-ring. Ears are so far away from the hand that it's really more a matter of what looks good on your ears and what you can afford. For adults, I think .75 ctw is a nice everyday size, though obviously larger wouldn't hurt either!

I would think that each stone should be about 0.30-0.60 to look nice with a 1ct ring...
