princess diamond question

hi im getting a parcel and person said the princess diamonds has special cut with 4 facets on the table for extra brilliance

what does this mean and is this true?

We would need more information.

It is unlikely that the table would come to a point.

It might be he means the corners - there are 2 common stlyes, but extra facets do not make for better diamonds per se.
