From an ebay dealer that I saw recommended in the forum

Described as:

Grading by EGL laboratory
51 point
The clarity is SI1, which is nothing more than a few feathers that are unseen to the naked eye. Even with a loupe, it is hard to detect them.
I in color
The depth is 71.6%
table is 79%
Polish symmetry are both good
girdle is very thin to slightly thick and polished
faint blue flourescence
That faint flourescence makes the diamond look like an H without giving it any hazy appearance.
It is extremely crisp

I attached the only pic available.

What do you guys think of the diamond? I know it''s not going to perform like an ideal or AGS0, but it seems a good value with the price and size. The seller didn''t know what an ASET was, should that be a concern?

The pattern looks nice, what is this great price if I may ask? It's hard to judge without an ASET to be sure there is no wonky light return.

N/M I found it. I have personally bought from this seller, and he does try to be as accurate as possible. He's very reliable. That being said, it isn't the $2000 value he says it is, so be aware of that. AND it is likely that the color and clarity might be off a grade or two (as EGL often is), so you need to ask yourself if you are comfortable with a stone with possibly not great light return, and that is a J/K or an SI2 or even an I1. And paying that price. I personally, then think it's a bit high.

That said, I do think that the seller is honest and you can always return it.

But personally I would rather this ideal cut, with a lifetime upgrade policy AND an AGS certificate to boot for $850 if this is for something important. If it's just for a fun pendant then the ebay one might be worth a looksie.

Thanks for the info and advice. Yes this is important, for an e-ring. My gf on the other hand said she doesn''t care about color, clarity or size, but I''m still trying to get the best value and performance anyway. I''m lucky, she very much hates money being spent on her, I and some friends have had to tell her to relax and just let people do things for her sometimes.
