Princess cut diamond help

Hey guys, I am looking to propose to my girl friend and I am looking for a princess cut for about 12-13k. I found the below for $12,800, please let me know what you think? Do any of you guys know of a Holloway Cut Adviser equations for Princess cuts?

What is an IS or ASET? and how can I get it? This is all I was sent. thanks for your help.
 
IdealScope and ASET images are what we use to assess fancy cut diamonds such as pears, princesses, asschers, etc. It shows light return, contrast, light leakage that you can expect in the diamond. Basically it tells you how the diamond will perform (how brilliant, firey, and sparkly it is).

Princess cuts can't be judged based on numbers alone, so ask the sellers for these images if you can. An very good cut or ideal princess in the 2 carat range should run you at least 15k.

ETA: for ASET, red is intense light, green is less intense light, blue is contrast, and white (or black) is light leakage.
 
As Cindy said, princesses need to be seen; there is no HCA for princesses! There are some guidelines that Dave Atlas posted that can help you find a pretty stone:

The depth and table fit into this, but that doesn't tell the whole story. We need pictures and preferably reflector images like ASET/IS to tell you if it's well cut or not. If the vendor can not supply these and you don't have the opportunity to see the diamond with your own eyes, I wouldn't buy it.

Also, IGI is considered a second-tier lab. Their color and clarity gradings are often off by 2 or more grades compared to GIA or AGS. So your G/VS2 may in fact be an I/SI2, or perhaps even J or I1. IGI diamonds tend to be lower priced than GIA, which may be the reason for the good price. However, you get what you pay for, meaning that the color and clarity are likely to be off by a few grades!

I also tend to prefer very good or excellent/ideal polish and symmetry, but this does not always affect visual performance. Just a guideline.

ETA: You would have to ask the vendor if they can provide the images. If you're willing to share who the vendor is with us, we may be able to tell you (if they're one of the usual Pricescope vendors).
