Princess Cut Depth and Table

I think I may be missing something when it comes to depth and table of a princess cut diamond...what should this be (range) for a diamond to really perform...I new to this and Solomon Bros. is in my hometown (Atlanta), checked their online inventory and saw some stuff that caught my attention but this topic stomps me...HELP PLEASE!!!

Oh yeah, I currently live in Houston and saw someone on another topic mention something about one of the online diamond places being here in Houston...does anyone know which one?

Depth % doesn't have the same meaning in princess cuts as it does in a round.

Table size & pavilion faceting will be matters of taste. Lots of variety to choose from.

Where the list of AGA is a good guideline, based upon observation of historically cut diamonds, it got by-passed by the new AGS-grading. The latter has given us new guidelines, which led to cutting in proportion-sets, that were not in use before. Because of this, the AGA-list cannot be used on AGS-graded stones.
