Princess Color and F/G pave

Hey all, so I know that when it comes to RB's, color comparisons with less colored paves aren't as big a deal because of the amount of light reflection.

When it comes to princesses though, do you think that a color grade or 2 is noticeable against an F/G pave? What about other fancy shapes? I read a couple past threads that have skirted the topic and had some pretty mixed opinions. I realize this is mostly opinion, just curious what you all think. Thanks!

Colour does tend to concentrate in the corners/edges for princess stones. The stone in my avatar is GIA H, and the halo diamonds F/G. They were all very white and I wasn't able to see any colour difference between them at all. The advice I was given when looking at princess diamonds was to stay at H or lower for colour (GIA or AGS grade). Hope this helps.
