Pricing on a 2.7-2.8 round brilliant?

What I'm looking for:
Modern round brilliant
2.7-2.8 carats
H SI1 (eye clean)
AGS0
HCA Excellent
closer to Tolk proportions, not 60/60 (I like a lot of fire)
does not have to be H&A

Just wondering prices you've been seeing out there!
