Hoping the knowledgable folks on this forum can help. I went to a local jeweler and picked out a band I think my girlfriend will love.

This is he band. http://www.coastdiamond.com/collections/_c11/engagement-ring_p2/

The diamond I had priced wih the band is a round .90 ct h si2. The price I got was $6600 +tax.

I know there is more info you probably need to be sure, but to the best of your knowledge is this about what this band and stone should be?

Thanks for any help and advice. Just trying to make the best decision and get her the best ring for the money.

.9 H SI2 stones range from about $2900 to $4300 on James Allen so pricewise we can't really tell you anything.
Can you post the numbers from the GIA or AGS lab report (depth, table, crown and pavilion angles) and we can let you
know whether the stone is a well cut stone or not.

The setting looks nice enough. Does that price include the wedding band or just the engagement ring setting? (The picture has both).

Thanks for the quick replies. The wedding band is not included. The ring retails at 1850 they are selling it to me for 1400. So that puts the diamond at about 5200. It's graded at excellent symmetry excellent polish and excellent cut. It measures 6.29mm which I believe is large for a .90ct.

The folks here need the actual numbers from the report, the depth percentage, table percentage, crown angle, etc. If these numbers are not made available to you by the jeweler or they do not want to give them to you walk away.
