Pricescope glitches

Lately I've had several occasions when I have not been able to log on the site- getting the message "502 bad gateway". Is this happening to everyone else? It's very frustrating! I'm not very computer savvy, as you can tell.....

I sometimes get the same error. I couldn't even get the Web address to work at all last night - just the 502 Bad Gateway error....

It has happened to me several times as well. Maybe PS was updating its server or something?

Yep got it here as well. Was briefly concerned that IT at my work had blocked PS but luckily that wasn't the case.

Yep, same message here happening randomly.

I think it happens when PS is updating its server. The problem is not on your end and we all get the bad gateway message because the site is actually down for updating.

We have been having server issue and are working on resolving them.

I am, of course, on the exclusive list of preferred PS members.
We get preferential treatment and are served by special servers so we never experience glitches.

Only the little people get glitches.
