PriceScope Discount applies to settings too?

Hi, I''m a new PriceScope browser, and I''ve read about the "PS discount." Most references talk about the discount being applied to purchase of diamonds. I already have the diamond I want to use, and will be shopping just for the setting. Does a "PS discount" apply here as well? How much of a discount should I expect to be getting? I''m currently looking at Ritani settings around the $3000 price range, to go with a ~1ct round diamond.
