it seems like diamond prices just keep skyrocketing. PSers opinion: should I buy now to try and maximize my budget?? I have some extra cash, and FI and I won't be getting married for over a year. ..
I want a really special wedding band--I have been eyeing the Single Stone eternity bands, but they are more than I am willing to spend right now. I was thinking of buying 5 diamonds--rose cuts, OECs orOMCs that FI could have set for me later as my wedding band. I adore the look of the SS bezel-set eternity band http://www.singlestone.com/index.php?page=collections&catID=9&pID=160&startRow=11 and would love to work on a similar style 5 stone/half eternity.
I am looking at 5 approx .31 stones, for a total of almost 1.6 ctw. I would be so bummed if I try to buy in a year and I can only get 1 ctw for the same price... I guess it's always risky, but I know you all have great insight and can give me a bit of guidance. WWPS-ersD?? Buy now set later, or just sit on the cash for now and try to get a SS eternity (though I think the bezel set eternity will be out of my pricerange in either case, *sigh*)
Thanks!!!
