When I was purchasing the engagement ring diamond I really invested a ton of time. I didn't have that luxury this time around so just relied on what I learned the 1st time and bought in just one day. Specs on the pair are:
.34ct and .33ct; Both E/VS2/GIA EX-EX-EX and HCA 1.1. Total was basically $2k shipped (about $1.5k for the diamonds on their own) for them set on simple platinum studs. Ok deal overall? I felt it was reasonable, but have no clue what pricing seems to be these days.
