Price for Radiant?

Okay, I have to admit I have been lurcking a while-but thank you to everyone for all the great threads that have really helped me along the way!

My question is this: What is a realistic price to pay for the following (or very similar) diamond and is there any out there?!

shape: Radiant (as square LxW ratio as possible, not over 1.06)
carat: 1.05-1.15
color: D-G (how "yellow" is G? Never seen one less then an "F")
clarity: SI1 (with no naked-eye inclusions visable-how do I check if purchasing online?)-VS1
cut: Very Good/Ideal/Premium/Etc.
Pol/Sym: Good, Very Good, or Excellent (how important are the differences between)

We are currently working with a local jeweler but have been leaning toward purchasing a loose stone from the Internet-what other statistics could help me find a nice stone?

It seems I know just enough to be dangerous if you know what I mean...

Well I found this one from DirtCheapDiamonds.com for $6746! It is one of their Signature Radiants.

Also you may want to check Diamonds by Lauren out. David is a Radiant expert and they have many beautiful Radiants to look at on their site!

the slight variation of weight would make no difference of size

color: D-G (how 'yellow' is G? Never seen one less then an 'F')
you might not be able to tell F from G without serious eye strain

some sellers offer very detailed pictures to describe clarity. The clarity plots on lab reports also help.

cut: Very Good/Ideal/Premium/Etc.
there is no accepted standard for radiants. Each store uses their own, for what is that worth. You may want to use AGA's or the one set by the original Radiant brand (see radiamntcut.com).

Pol/Sym: Good, Very Good, or Excellent (how important are the differences between)
not important, anything above "good" (included) is ok. These do not indicate the orderly look of facets as seen through the table... and do not show otherwise.

How about this ?

The rage of color & clarity you give (F-G & VS1-SI1) does not allow to pinpoint a price. You may want to use the database here to scoop up price ranges (that's where "Pricescope" gets its name after all). As is, the range goes from3k for some G/SI1 to more than 6k for some F/VS1.

I have narrowed it down to:

Square Radiant (.95-1.05 LxW)
Carat: 1.08-1.15
Color: F or G
Clarity: SI1-VS2
Cut: 2A or 2B
Pol/Sym: Good+

Is this a better range for price estimates?

PS-I did a search on Radiants on the forum and was glad to see so many topics covered! Its a good thing I won''t hear back from my jeweler until Thursday-it is going to take me weeks to read through them all, LOL!
