Prayers Needed

David''s dad was admitted to the hospital about 2 weeks ago for an infection. He got discharged a few days later but was sent to a nursing home. On May 30, he was sent back to the hospital. David took last week off work to go to Ohio to be with his dad and brother. His brother had been watching their dad for several years and it''s taken it''s toll on him. When David called this morning, he said he was on his way home, but got a call about 45 mins after leaving, telling him that his dad had taken a turn for the worse and his breathing was irratic.

David just called me again. His dad is gone.

I''m thankful that David hadn''t traveled far before getting the call that his dad was doing worse. He had time to get back to the hospital and tell his dad how much he loved him. He said he was holding him when he took his last breath.

I''m thankful that David hadn''t traveled far before getting the call that his dad was doing worse. He had time to get back to the hospital and tell his dad how much he loved him. He said he was holding him when he took his last breath.

Oh my oshin, that is soooo sad but so fortuntate that David was with him when he passed. This is a huge loss I''m sure. I hope he finds comfort in that he was able to share his father''s last days and be able to say good bye. I will keep your family in my prayers.
