Posting pictures?

I seem to be having trouble uploading my pictures...any hints?

Pictures should be less than 100KB, in GIF or JPG format (preferably optimized for web, 72ppi and not wider than 700 px).

I know I'm probably nuts Leonid, but any way to post spreadsheets (Excel) or to post PDFs...I have some recipes for the Recipes section, and I am lazy to type it all out...

I'm gonna have to, huh?
