View attachment 613405 View attachment 613406 View attachment 613404 to share my bling try-on, like the model PSr that I am!

First up: 8.01 canary yellow vs1 radiant set in platinum with 18kyg surrounding .34 melee.

Please excuse my manicure! I did my own nails night before we left and they look awful. I’m actually on my way to have them manicured now!

Estate piece that caught my eye and I couldn’t resist learning more about it.

Opps, guess I was a bit impatient. :mrgreen2:

And ... oh my goodness, look at that massive boulder!

Hmmm, you said 8.01 cts?
Is that decimal in the right place?

Not an expert, but thinking that boulder is the topaz bracelet.
Can you imagine that as a ring? :lol-2:

I love their character and color and really everything about them. Today I found my nirvana for a few prosecco-fueled moments at Pacific Jewelers in Key West on Duval Street. This lady was featured in one of their cases dedicated to vintage and estate pieces and I spotted her right away. Of course this ring fit my left ring finger PERFECTLY and cost waaaaaay too much, but it was so satisfying and fun to model her and enjoy the feeling of my very own lush green finger garden for a bit.

The green topaz has no official weight as it is an estate piece that is in its original setting and hasn’t been weighed, I guess? Sales guy was vague as were the rest of the staff. I’d estimate close to 50 carats if I had to ballpark it.

The 8.01 is the canary yellow radiant cut I posted first. I’m sorry this thread is turning out so haphazard! I’m sitting by the pool sipping a mojito, so you gotta bear with me. Lol

My apologies!

No photos appeared in your first post when I read it initially (and I'm not sipping a mojito!).
However, when I scrolled back up just now, the photos were there!

Sounds like you're having a great time!
Thanks for sharing the bling!

Forgot to take notes on emerald stats, I was so taken with it. Sorry...but isn’t it some lovely, glowy eye candy???

It’s pretty amazing. I want to say the yellow diamond was around $100k but I can’t remember. Another emerald I tried on (not pictured) was $61k. Lots of beautiful things there. Such a fun day!

We had lunch at Bagatelle just up the street and it was lovely. Here are some pics.

Is it all rebuilt now?

I think it is all rebuilt, yes. I haven’t noticed any construction or damage walking around. It certainly is laid back and beautiful. Lots of cocks, ahem, roosters, strutting around and crowing. Also just for you I’m posting a pic of what my SO bought at the jeweler yesterday. It’s an acocha coin minted from silver from a shipwreck here that was 360 years old in 1985 when it was salvaged (or whatever you call found treasure on a shipwreck.) I know you like bling and hairy chests so here you go, wink wink.

I love your hat! I've always wanted to wear a large, fabulous hat like that, but they look ridiculous on me. Also, while I'm jealous of the hat and bling, my hubby would be jealous of that amazing hairy chest. He's got approximately 4 hairs on his, but I love him anyway.

Enjoy your trip!

Thanks @Gabbycat !!! I love giant hats, here’s a pic of an even larger one. Haha, they are ridiculous but I don’t care. Kim Cattrall in the first SATC movie wore one when she was in the hot tub spying on her hot neighbor and it’s one of my favorite scenes ever.

We are currently sharing an outdoor tapas afternoon with a rooster. They’re abundant here. I bought a little sterling conch charm yesterday, isn’t it cute?
Omg the gazpacho is TDF.
