I don't drink very often at all but I like Moscato. It's sweet and light and easy to drink.

Some of my dh's favorites are

and we both enjoy this in our tequila.

'Came accross Talisker not long ago & have not had enough yet. Ought to meet its better kin !

I'm too dumb to know how to cut and paste but it is Altos tequila reposado (amber)

I'm jealous, you guys can all drink! I like a cocktail, some wine, an after-dinner drink and once I passed 50 alcohol means a headache at minimum about 2-3 hours later :cry2: So unfair!!! These days a nice stiff drink would be most welcome!

I love a bit of Bollinger & Tattinger Champagne, and also whiskey on the rocks, specifically Jura & Lagavulin.

Got my whiskey shoes from my lovely dad, who died 16 years ago from Leukaemia. He had a small glass every evening "for medicinal purposes." I remember mum pulling open the cabinet sometime after & saying " Alex, you'll have to take all of this. You're the only one who'll drink it!'

Yes please, mummy & thank you daddy!

I'm not a big drinker these days (can't take it anymore) but I always have a nice whiskey on July 19th, just for him.

@Dancing Fire did I convince you to go buy a bottle of Arnold palmer?

I prefer a dyi version...

Mix strawberry (I could only find red berry ) vodka and st germain in a mixer, add prosecco or champagne and serve in a martini glass with strawberry garnish. Berry blossom.

Homemade, Italian Limoncello with Cherry Limeade Sparkling Water, garnished with Limoncello-soaked fruit, chilled overnight.2F0C5600-4B63-4668-BF81-D20775A9A81E.jpeg 4FF2DA25-11AC-4838-BDC5-DAD237F8EBD1.jpeg

Quite frankly, ANYTHING made at Lambert’s Winery!!
http://lambertswinery.com/

Mixed Beverage:
Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Cranberry Juice splashed with a shot or two of Coconut Rum. Garnished with rum soaked fruit.
This has been referred to as “The Sunset by Matthews”. :mrgreen2:
Ironically, I loved this combo long before I met my brother in law, who claims this to be his invention...lol! So, I helped him name it, after I married my DH & became a true “Matthews”. ;)2

Beer:
I C Light
Samuel Adams Summer Ale
Killian’s Red

The Bloody Mary kit is for the saints game tail gate tomorrow. WHO DAT!!!

My favorite drink by far is red wine such as apothic Red. Depending on what I'm eating I also enjoy a beer (pizza, Mexican). I bought a whole bunch of booze maybe 2 summers ago for a 4th of July party, but the one alcohol that I enjoyed to drink was the Altos reposado. Cheap and dirty "margarita": Grocery store lemonade+shot of Altos+squeeze of lime. Yum!
