Possible ID Jewelry purchase...

My quandary is, if I buy it in platinum, it''s considered a custom make and I''m unable to return, if I needed to.
I can''t find this band at this cost anywhere else.
Any thoughts?

Want to add that Luann has been very prompt in replying to my emails and they have a good selection of pretty rings on their site.
However, the descriptions aren''t very specific. Would be nice if they had width and height for each band on their site, because as pser''s know, those are important to know.

Ok, this is kind of a headach and would cost you a little more to just be sure but could you order it in gold and if it does turn out to be
what you want, return it and order it in plat. If its not what you want then just return it.

Ok, this is kind of a headach and would cost you a little more to just be sure but could you order it in gold and if it does turn out to be
what you want, return it and order it in plat. If its not what you want then just return it.

Ooh, that would be a pain in the behind, but yes, I''d get to see if I liked it.
Grr. Not going as easily as I would have liked.

Have you asked them for specific measurements? I would let them know your concerns and see what they can suggest for you. I bought an eternity ring from them last year and they were great to work with.

They seem to be nice to work with yes. However, I''m just not comfortable buying something I can''t return just because it''s on a particular metal.
I guess I won''t be able to wear two bands to sandwich my e-ring anytime soon.

I e-mailed them pictures and described how I was unhappy with how high it sat up and they fixed it for me for no additional cost. They want happy customers.

I bought my partner''s engagement ring from them. My partner is 6 feet tall and has a size 11 finger. This was also considered a "custom" order and I would be unable to return it if I didn''t like it. I called and spoke to them and they were so confident that I would be happy with the ring that they said I could return it if I didn''t like it. I loved the ring and didn''t return, but it was nice to know that I could have if I wanted to. The only "catch" was that I had to write a review for them online. This was very easy for me to do because I was thrilled with my purchase.
