Positive experience with ID jewelry

Just a follow up to my “Custom engagement ring NYC” post. I want to say that ID jewelry offered me outstanding service when things didn’t go quite according to plan. When I finally settled on a Princess cut diamond with ID jewelry, we went through two passes of having a ring mock up made. Upon the final mounting of the diamond, the diamond chipped. Yekutiel immediately called me, told me what happened and that he had several alternative already lined up. The new diamond that I selected was given to me at the same percentage mark down as the previous diamond. Furthermore, ID compensated me for the additional appraisal cost I incurred. As a referral I can say you don’t have to worry with ID, Yekutial will give you a very good price without the haggling associated with other DD jewelers. Furthermore, if anything out of their control goes wrong they’ll go way out of their way to make sure you’re happy.I’m not surprised that there is always a long line outside of their booth, the value and service they offer is outstanding.
