I am trying to decide between these two settings. Any thoughts on if one is higher quality over the other?.... I will be putting a 1.3 carat round diamond in one of these :) thanks!

Top one. Like the style of melee. Bottom is too busy.

Do you have a top view of the bottom setting?

I like the Jack Kelege one. I like that type of pave

1.6 ummm I personally would be very cautious buying a ring that is that thin with pave on it . . . durability could be a potential issue.

the stone:
Very well cut obviously just check check double check for the SI2 to be sure it is eye clean to your standards. I didn't see a copy of the AGS/GIA cert but you also want to make sure that "Clarity grade is based on clouds that are not shown" is NOT present that may diminish light performance in a stone that is SI2
another option if the one from GOG is not eye clean to your standards

I know it's a risk but I really love thin bands. I emailed good old gold to get the stone checked out. I would prefer to not go below H just bc of my own color sensitivity.

I would not buy either.

The Jack K. is way too narrow. It WILL break and have issues.

I think there are nicer ones than number 2 out there.

I'd personally go custom from Victor C.
