I've recently disovered a love of listening to podcasts while doing things around the house (cleaning, sewing, ...). Are there any podcasts with appeal to the CS crowd?

I get its not the ideal medium for showing colors, but, maybe?

I think you've tapped into a unfilled niche Chroman! I would love to have a gemstone related podcast to listen to...could discuss new finds, treatments, designers...what a great idea!

I don't know about a podcast, good idea, so far I've been listening to the audio stories and essays on wild fish gems, great fun, limited to perhaps 50 or 10'0 hours in total but right from the heart of the gemtrade, funny and full of know-how:

The gemology world wide post cast is great. The host Joshua is a true ambassador for gemstones, the show has a good flow to it and the two host complement each other well. The first show featured one of the best gemstone cutters and expert on Montanan sapphires. If you like gemstones its the pod cast for you.
