The pavilion angle is steep on the first one and along with the crown angle may not be the most complementary for this diamond. The second appears to be pre cut grade and no info on the crown and pavilion angles which are needed to judge the cut, ask if they can run a Sarin report to get this info. Also did you want VVS clarity in preference? You may know you can drop comfortably to VS and still have a very clean diamond, but this is of course personal preference!

The 1.14 doesn''t score well on the HCA (3.4), the 1.13 doesn''t have enough data for us to evaluate. Can you ask Quest for the crown and pavilion angles for the 1.13?
