I saw these in the balcony boxes...should have bought them as they were all sold out when I went back. Very showy!

I agree, so pretty!! They remind me of those giant fireworks haha

Kind of nature; I was out on a boat all weekend chasing swordfish about 50 miles from dry land and on the way out we went through the oil and gas rigs in Bass Strait. They're an impressive bit of machinery and it really makes one appreciate how much work goes into bringing us what is probably our most precious commodity. From memory we saw about 8 different rigs out there as we drove past them to the oceanic canyons.

Also saw a lot of dolphins and Southern Right Whales, which I stupidly did not get any pics of. Although it can be a bit hard in a pitching boat when they pop up and disappear so quickly.

I love that this little bunny has stayed with us, (in a sense, because he lives in our backyard..) ever since him and his baby siblings left our planter <320250624_205630~2.jpg

Two sweet birds, just now <320250629_155858.jpg

Storm clouds gathering in the distance and smoke from wildfires combined to make the light bathing the garden at sunset surreal. I don't know why it looks pink in the photo when it was an intense orange.

Again, it looks picturesque!!! So beautiful @Matata!

@junebug17, Wow! I would love to wake up to this view everyday and watch the sunset at night! Gorgeous!!!

Right now. Love this cute pair!20250702_155539.jpg

I have a pair in my back yard frequesntly. I also have a pair of blue birds who are in the process of lining their nest for the 2nd round of chicks, they had 4 the first time.

So sweet!!! Our cardinals have their nest just behind our backyard and chain link fence. I can watch them all day :)

I had one the other day. Only one this year!

As I'm typing, he's here again. They're hard to miss for me, because they're very loud!! So if I'm outside, or have my window open, I'll know when they get here lol. They're also a little bossy, with the other birds
