Please review these CAD images

I''ve received the CAD images for a pendant like below. The stones in the original pendant are about 4pointers each, but I am using 7pointers in mine.

Now that the CAD is out, I think the heart look a bit "cramped" in the centre. Do you think I should add 2 more stones?

I didn''t know how to make the file sizes of the CAD smaller on my mac so I''ve cropped them individually.

I think it looks great! The only thing I would consider is adding an extra prong between the 2 stones closest to the "point" of the heart. There is one in the original pendant if you look closely, and I think it would help keep the diamonds more secure.

Thanks Skippy. I realised that I made the mistake of not taking into consideration the larger diameter of the stones I wish to use, when I gave WF the specs. They did a beautiful job of the CAD based on my amateurish specifications.

Should I add two more stones to make the pendant look more proportionate vs the melee size?
