Two things. The first is would you consider this a high setting and also to me the prongs don''t look straight. Am I going crazy cause I paid so much and am just being picky?

Thank you for the input. I bought it from DCD/James Allen and it should be no problem to get it taken care of. Just needed a second opinion in case I was being unreasonable. Will give Jim a call.
