Did anyone else watch Hope for Haiti? It was really incredible.

I thought it was great. The talent performances were top notch and the caliber of stars involved was a great way to get people to step up and help. As a fellow West Indian, I appreciated the last performance by Wyclef - uplifting for the Haitians watching and made me think of Carnival.

I thought Hope for Haiti was wonderful. I loved all of the performances, especially Wyclef''s. Bono looked like he was having a great time, too! I am going to download the concert on iTunes. The athlete who spoke about losing three cousins touched me the most I think...he had me in tears. They have raised over $58 million so far, which is astounding.

Overall, I think the show really lived up to it''s name. Although most of the performances were very subdued (which was of course appropriate), I think Wyclef really captured the Haitian spirit and made people smile. As much as we cry about this situation, it is good to smile, too!
