Based on the proportions I would go with the VVS2 but you will need Idealscope /ASET images to determine the cut quality of the diamond and light performance.

I agree with jp above but in the budget range why not consider dropping clarity a bit and buying a superideal?

Not an ASET expert, but I think the light pink ring around the middle is leakage.
