Hi all,

I’m making a necklace for my fiancé’s birthday next month. I am unsure which design to pick!

Can you please help?

At first I liked the full lines but then the lines on the outer edge only looked very cool. Now I am confused :)

For reference, the diamonds are 0.02ct each and F/IF, no fluro, H&A (so they will sparkle nicely). I am unsure if the full lined version will take away from the stones.

Finally, everything but the outer love heart outline is raised. Do you think this looks good or should it all be flat and one layer?

Thank you so much!!!

If you are going for the plain one, I really like it if it is flat all throughout. And I think it would look nice if it is a brushed finish or a matte finish. That will make those diamonds shine.

I like the first pic best. The outer heart outline is under the floral pattern. It gives contrast, but not a distraction to the floral pattern where the diamonds are. I think it would be nice if the floral pattern has a matte finish and a polished, shiny one for the outer heart outline.

The third pic looks a bit too busy. Especially if the piece will be a shiny finish, all the sparkles coming from those grooves would take away from the diamonds. But, if it would be a matte finish, just how it looks on this images, it would look beautiful.

I second the idea for a satin or brushed finish if you go for the plain style.
